SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped via different postal/shipping providers. We currently make use of the South African Postal Services as well as other various courier providers. Orders will be delivered within the time frame advertised during checkout as per your chosen shipping method.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to us, but within five days of you receiving it. All products must be returned in original condition. We do not offer refunds, but products can be exchanged for items of equal value. Postage is not refundable and customers are responsible for all associated shipping / delivery costs. If the product is defective, we will send you a replacement free of charge, but only once we receive the defective product from you. In order to accept your returned item, please ensure that you contact us via email beforehand.
